We want you to love your Ten Attire order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return Email us at info@tenattire.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange.

Faulty or incorrect items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
